All was spotless, I really enjoyed amazing staff and location. Pleasant view of ocean. The bed was large, and it was convenient to have coffee maker and a refrigerator. My experience at this exclusive hotel was relaxing.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good.

good location, non-smoking rooms. nice view, a big balcony, big bed, too. staff were all extremely polite. flawless service provided too.

The place was pretty standard, we would return here. Apologetic staff, comfy bed, perfect breakfast. Awesome facilities, with contemporary and bright rooms.

It made my trip to Hanoi a very delightful experience. Perfectly comfortable location, phenomenal staff, relaxing and clean hotel. The breakfast was very very good, all meals were decent. I liked the fine bed in my twin/double room. Staff provided top-notch service and helped me with everything I needed.
